You took away all the small worries I had about the administrative side of getting married in Italy and thanks for ensuring everything was absolutely perfect and stress-free on the day. We’d like to say a huge thank you to you and your sister for helping make our wedding experience so wonderful – we had the time of our lives! From day one, as we started to organise our day you were brilliant – attentive, helpful and positive. You were super organised but also calm and we almost felt that you were gviving our wedding as much attention as if it were your own! Once we arrived in Italy we greatly appreciate the time you spent with us in the few days leading to the wedding. There were several last minute arrangements that you made possible – such as the amended table plan and the table decorations – we would not have been able to do it without you and your sisters help and generosity of time. You were a pleasure to have around on the wedding day, and it was reassuring to have you with us.
We can’t thank you enough for all you did for us and would highly recommend you to any other couple who are hoping to get married in Italy.

Our wedding day came together so beautifully and we couldn’t have been happier with the way things turned out.
From the very first time we met you, you were organized, calm and helpful. We were very impressed by your manner; really appreciating the way that you let us lead without making any of your own opinions apparent and then fully supporting our decisions. You took the time to meet us every time we were back in Italy and skyped with us so that we could be sure that we understood things completely. Your frequent and comprehensive emails were really helpful and kept us informed and feeling very prepared throughout the entire planning process.
We were so happy on the day of our wedding. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and came together so nicely. We know that you oversaw to everything to make sure that it would be flawless. The ceremony was exactly as we had wanted. We can’t thank you enough for decorating the aisle chairs with simple ribbons and greenery. It pulled the whole thing together in a way that we hadn’t thought of. The reception venue was stunning. We were so impressed with the catering staff that you organized for us and our guests could not get over the delicious food! What a beautiful spread for antipasti and the dinner was fantastic. The dinner room was beautifully put together by you and we were so happy with all of the services you organized for us, from catering, to DJ and florist, transportation of buses and bridal car, ceremony music and everything else; everything was superb. Throughout the entire evening you were patient and calm, helping in the background and on top of everything! Many guests commented on your subtle presence and help with small things, like a dropped glass or small requests. Thank you for helping to make everyone feel comfortable.
We sincerely loved everything about the way our wedding day turned out. We are so impressed by your skills and organization. Your knowledge and experience were extremely evident and we were so thankful for the advice you gave us when we requested it. We couldn’t have dealt with Italian law without you. In these instances, we were so thankful for your attention to detail and overly organized and comprehensive attitude. We felt completely confident in your ability and that everything would move forward without any unpredictable glitches. You were calm and confident, and we in turn felt the same way.

From the very beginning, it was your helpful, can-do attitude won us over and influenced us in deciding to employ you as our wedding planner. Unlike other, larger firms that we considered and contacted, you work entirely on a personal basis. You got to know us and made it your mission to be familiar with our needs as a couple and the very specific needs of our sometimes difficult guests.
You took so much time before the wedding to meet with us at short notice, to get quotes and re-quotes to confirm and re-confirm pricing, menu details, flowers, hair, guest accommodation and the list goes on. You were not satisfied unless we were totally satisfied. You organised us and prompted us and helped us to remain calm throughout. There was not one time during the entire process of planning our wedding that you were unavailable or that we had reason to doubt your ability to bring our plans to fruition. It was during the planning phase that we also had the fortune of benefiting from your vast local knowledge and contact list.
However, it was not until the day of the wedding that your skills and dedication really became apparent to the fullest extent. Your good taste and good sense came to the rescue on more than one occasion. When faced with a medical emergency during our reception, you acted as translator and accompanied our guest and his wife to the hospital so that we could continue to entertain our remaining guests with peace of mind. When the party finally drew to a close in the small hours of the morning we found you waiting in the reception area, not ready to leave until every last detail had been taken care of.
Please accept our sincerest thanks and congratulations on a job well done. You helped to make our wedding day as memorable as it should be. We would heartily recommend you to anyone looking for the services of a reliable, friendly wedding planner with intrinsic knowledge of Umbria and the wedding business. Thank you so much for all you have done to make our wedding so romantic and beautiful! Gilbert and I feel so lucky to have found you as our wedding planner. While we were not able to travel to Italy before the wedding, we had to solely rely on you and your feedback on the setting, the food, the decoration, musicians, photographer etc. But at no time were we nervous about it! The communication with you was so easy, professional and thoughtful. Every detail was taken care of way in advance, even with a plan B - and we really needed it due to the weather. Monina is a dream to work with! Planning a wedding from afar may at first seem daunting, but from our first few conversations I knew she was more than capable. Monina always made herself available to speak through emails or over the phone so that we were able to discuss what it was we were looking for. From there we relied on her recommendations, and they were perfect.. from her suggestions to which villa was best, to our caterers, the musicians, and the florist. Her attention to all of the details of what we envisioned our wedding to be, and her hard work to make them happen was apparent from the first moment we met her at her home. When I arrived the evening of our wedding and saw Villa Ada lit up and as gorgeous as she made it, it brought tears to my eyes because it was truly more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It was breathtaking. It was so spectacular and she made the most special night of our lives a relaxed and perfect night. She made our dream of an Italian wedding nothing short of perfection. We never could have enjoyed it like we did without all of her hard work and knowledge of the area.
